Van Wormer Resorts- Hotel Palmas De Cortez

In November of 2023 the Let’s Go Baja crew visited Los Barriles to learn more about the town and share with the readers places to stay, eat, visit, and enjoy. To see both Van Wormer properties we stayed at Hotel Palmas De Cortez for few days then Playa Del Sol a few days.

While some sites describe it as a fishing lodge, others a family friendly hotel by ocean, I would describe it as a first class resort for both families and fishing. The hotel offers many different room types, multiple pools, restaurants, and bars.
